Chewable Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Chewable! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Chewable mobile application ("App") and the services provided therein ("Services"). By accessing or using the App or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. User-Generated Content

Chewable allows users to submit content, including but not limited to, text, images, and videos ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to Chewable, you grant Chewable a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content in connection with the App and Services.

2. User Content Guidelines

You agree that your User Content will not:

• Violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Be defamatory, libelous, obscene, or hateful.
• Contain any personally identifiable information of another person without their consent.
• Be illegal or promote illegal activity.

3. Content Ownership and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences of its use. We do not endorse any User Content, and we reserve the right to remove any User Content that we deem to violate these Terms or that is otherwise objectionable.

4. Copyright Protection

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us by following the procedures outlined in our Copyright Policy.

5. Disclaimer

The App and Services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Chewable disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Chewable shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the App or Services, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App or Services after the revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Chewable with respect to your use of the App and Services.
